Hooping in the Arizona desert, she shows off her playful and fun hoop dance style against a dusty and beautiful backdrop. Candace Rivera takes her hoop to the beautiful desert that is Joshua Tree, which was declared a U.S. National Park in 1994 when the U.S. Congress passed the California Desert Protection Act. So named for the native Joshua tree forests, Candance spins up something beautiful in every sense of the word.
