String Cheese Incident show at Stubb’s in Austin. My friend Robyn (where are you Robyn?) would not accept my refusals to try the hoop. She caught me with a giant black hoop and whipped it around me. I could never hoop as a kid. There was no way I could hoop now. Those were my thoughts and protests at the time. Instantly I began to hoop and continued to groove with the hoops for most of the show.
