Your First Time

I was visiting my mom in Durham, NC and attending Nia classes everyday at a women’s fitness center. There was a hoop dance class following one of my Nia classes and I was curious, so I attended, and I was immediately hooked! Bonnie MacDougall was the instructor – so I consider her to be my hooping “parent!” I am forever grateful to Bonnie for enriching my life through hoop dance.
