Your First Time	I couldn’t hoop at all till I was 16 and even then it was just around the weist. It stayed that way for years but now just 4 months ago (around jan 2012) I started practicing hoopdancing and now I can do more then i ever thought I could be able to, including one soulder duck throuhs! it is such an amazing feeling when hoping to music and spinning and moving with the rhythmic, hypnotic flow.
