Hooping.org

I received my first hoop and hoop DVDs from Hoopnotica. I had originally signed up for a local class, but it was canceled due to low enrollment. I was so disppointed that I started looking for other options online, and decided to try to go it alone. I obsessively tracked my package until my materials arrived. My very first shot, my hoop went straight to the floor, but I practiced for an hour right off the bat and it felt like no time at all had gone by. By the end of it I had already seen a lot of improvement and was excited to make this my new hobby and exercise.
