I use 32″ polypro hoops (5/8″ outer diameter tubing) with HoopDrum’s new Quick Wicks — I recommend getting used to the weight of the hoop with the unburned wicks first, especially with high performance lightweight tubing, and then on the first burn of the night, warm yourself up first to the weight, sound & heat by just core hooping, then slowly add in lifts and off body movements.
