| Hoopiversary | Whew! Um, I don’t know for sure… I actually started hooping in 2001 and then walked away from it, only to RUN BACK in 2004 or 2005 (its hazy). I would say late May for 2001, and April for 2004? |
| Your First Time | Well, there was a Palm Court Party for Graduation happening at New College, and it was about 5 am when I found the hoop. Or the hoop found me. Or whatever. And I hooped off and on for a few hours: I was hooked. I bought two WalMart kids hoops and started practicing: my goal was to head down to Key West with my friend Chris, aka DJ Knozark, and set up an act! |
