| Hoop Business | MissFit Hooping is the name of my hoop business here in southern Maine. It’s become my full time job. I teach my classes first for fitness. I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor. Once my students are comfortable with the hoop as a fitness tool, I move them towards achieving flow and incorporating dance moves. I like everyone to be able to do something with their hoop in class, so I find not concentrating on tricks right away helps them to achieve comfort and it’s less intimidating. |

| A Favorite Hooping Memory | When I finally got chest/shoulder hoopinig! That was a glorious day and my hooping just took off from there!!! I was so bruised up because I had been at it all day, practicing while watching my shadow for 5 hours straight! My other favorite memory is jamming with my youngest daughter, she loves to hoop as much as I do! |
