Love the video! I love the bigger hoops and have found that they work great for some of my curvier hooping friends. Sometimes I also add some water for the girls that really have a tough time, it works very well too! I have them drain the hoop once they get comfortable with the techniques. I also found that the big hoops are great for learning more difficult techniques like chest and shoulder hooping!
