That's so cool you can put a little video on the net just like that. Her trick was awesome! I'm so glad I got to meet you guys--you're all so good! It rubbed off on me a bit...I feel like I made quite a bit of progress on my own stuff. Oh and thanks for emailing me those pics. I'll get mine going tomorrow :)

I came up with this one during a firedancing practice one wonderful night on the beach. The trick is to practice with a 'chubby' hoop (a two-person hoop) first, then move into the smaller ones. I call it the "duck, tuck, and roll-around".

I had the pleasure of hooping with Kandice tonight at Venice Beach where we met for a fire hoop workshop. While we were warming up, she showed us "The Matrix." Amazing! I looked for the video here on hooping.org but it doesn't seem to be available any longer. Anyone still have a copy on their hard drive that they'd be willing to repost, or just email directly to me?
