The Small Miracles Of Hooping

nicole Nicole Surman writes, "I learned my Hula Hooping skills from my sister. ... She told me that she would bring a few hula hoops to any social gathering and soon you would see people getting into it. She gave them to friends and even had a birthday party where they made hula hoops. What a way to build a community, through movement and creativity. ... I hope to continue to see these small miracles in the future. I call it a miracle because in this world there are so much hard times and this sort of past time is a way to support health in a way that is not harming others. It is a way of coming together and enjoying the present. It is one way to help with supporting a balance in our lives so that darkness does not over power the lightness that does exist in the world."
