Locally Toned: The Hooping Ringtone
T. Foley, a local artist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has been doing a ringtone project at Locally Toned where she has been recording a variety of different and interesting sounds that she could turn into a ringtone. The project then makes these sounds downloadable for free to upload to your phone. When Foley asked hooper Stefanie Moser if she had a sound that she thought would be a neat addition to the project, naturally she thought a hooping tone would be awesome. And so it came to be.
