Row Boat and Row Skip
The good folks at the St. Louis Hoop Club in St. Louis, Missouri, are here to teach you something they call "Row Boat" and "Row Skip."
Sharna Rose teaches us how to do the "Vertical Underleg Twist Toss Pass." What's that exactly? You'll have to see for yourself. She lives in Maidstone, England.

I think something is wrong with this clip. It skips so many frames that it is impossible to follow. I tried watching it on different computers and the result is the same. I was excited for a new trick this week so it's a shame that I can't really tell what this is.
