Row Boat and Row Skip
The good folks at the St. Louis Hoop Club in St. Louis, Missouri, are here to teach you something they call "Row Boat" and "Row Skip."

I think something is wrong with this clip. It skips so many frames that it is impossible to follow. I tried watching it on different computers and the result is the same. I was excited for a new trick this week so it's a shame that I can't really tell what this is.
