Leg Hooping Reversals
Sugar Magnolia demonstrates leg hooping reversals. She says, "First, you need to be able to hoop around your legs in both directions. Second, you need to be able to bring one leg out and back in - so that you have the timing down. Third, once you have one leg out, place your foot on the ground and nudge the hoop the opposite way with your thigh, then bring your leg back in. And there you have it!"
