Fall Hooping In The Park
Jennifer of Tailspin is enjoying a Fall day of hooping in the park, and the world's a better place for it!

Sharna Rose teaches us how to do the "Vertical Underleg Twist Toss Pass." What's that exactly? You'll have to see for yourself. She lives in Maidstone, England.

Our two tracks for the week start off with Cosmic Cowboys and their new release "One Last Whisper." We're especially loving the Hiro Remix which is why we've added it to the Hoop Sounds iPod below. Check it out and other mixes and download yours on iTunes by clicking:
Next we cool things down with a track for some dreamier hooping. The track is called "Ruby" from the new release from Ali Farka Touré & Toumani Diabaté of Mali. We think you're going to like it. Give it a listen on the iPod and get your copy on iTunes by clicking:

She is a hooping goddess, and I believe she is in Oregon hooping it up in Eugene it the Cutbirth Amp. Am I right?

Her name on Tribe is Tailspin and she is from Philly. This was her first video. She did such a great job. The joy in it is palpable and her editing is also really great. It's also lovely to see the sunshine -- hers and the one in the sky!
I can't wait to tell her she's featured here!

Hey, that's me! I'm Jennifer (aka Tailspin), just outside of Philly. *waves hi*

Well, I know who she is. Goddess of the hoop, owner of one of the best smiles ever and the love of my life. She is also the ringleader for tailspinhoops.com
She's from southeastern PA actually, and her name is Jennifer, and she's all mine!

Nope, it's Jennifer of tailspinhoops! I have one of her more masculine hoops... perfect for breaking valuable objects while protesting that my bedroom is large enough to hoop in!

She's my friend Jennifer!!

I have one of her custom-made hoops, and it's the best hoop I've ever owned. Well-balanced, indestructible (I still drop mine a lot), and lovingly made. I love my hoop!
She's a great teacher, too. :-)
