One Shoulder
This week's hoop trick tutorial comes to us from SaFire in Edmonton, Alberta, and she's going to teach you how to hoop on one shoulder. Soundtrack: "Melatonin" by Silversun Pickups.

That was fantastic! The most comprihensive shoulder hooping toutorial ive seen! But, how do you keep the hoop from flying off your shoulder? I keep breaking things! Thank you so much for your fantastic toutorials! I learn so much from you!
