Ellen DeGeneres learns to hoop today when her special guest, five-year-old Sierra Hellemans, shows her how it is done. DeGeneres informed viewers on her Thursday show that she has never been able to hula hoop. We were anticipating seeing Sierra on the air on Thursday, but Ellen ran a video of America's new favorite hooping instructor more than once during the episode, promoting Sierra's appearance on Friday. The popular daytime television show learned of Sierra following her appearance here on Hooping.org. Sierra and her mother, Rebecca Hellemans, live in Louisville, Kentucky.
