Hoop Day Hoops Find Homes In Chicago

world hoop day chicago In Chicago, Illinois, there were about eight pigeons in Millennium Park when they arrived, but when the hoops came out for World Hoop Day, Wrigley Square was soon packed with about 200 mostly new hoopers. Hosted by Heather Crosby and Mercedes Gomez, more than 70 hoops found new homes on 7/7/07. "It sure makes us pretty happy to know that those people are smiling and feeling great because they have a hoop in their life," Crosby said. Check out this photographic collage of the big day.
