, London’s fastest growing financial website, has officially declared it “The Summer of the Hula Hoop” in the UK. Sarah Western Balzer writes, “Londoners, Forget the Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics. Summer 2012 will be remembered for the hula hoop that rolled back. Wondering just how that happened?
