When you say “UV reactive”, what do you mean? I know of LED-type hula hoops, but never heard of UV reactive.

In the photo she’s spinning few UV reactive Polypro Neon colored hoops. It means that the hoops will glow in certain kind of lighting (like black light), which are mostly used in nightclubs I think
We used a blacklight bar outside during the “Big Moon” to get this shot. The UV Reactive hoops have a chemical added to the composition that ‘reacts’ to blacklights, resulting in a glow effect.
