When Jenny McCarthy had her baby she weighed in at 211 lbs. and now she’s gotten herself back in shape. After she had the baby she didn’t care about her weight gain, she just wanted to be at home with her baby, though she eventually got concerned about “losing herself” in her new motherhood. When asked how she went about getting her body back the actress told Extra that she utilized the tips found in a book that was written by her friend Heather Porter. Porter, a mother of four herself and pictured here with McCarthy, is the author of a new book called “Body Back”. While the book isn’t available until June 5th, you can pre-order it on Amazon. One big tip from the book, however, is something you all already know about. The book includes information on how to use a hula hoop to get rid of the “mummy tummy.” That’s right, McCarthy and Porter both hooped their way back. Watch the video below:
