Grammy Award-winning R&B and soul artist Macy Gray has a brand new single called “Two Joints”. It’s from her soon-to-be-released new album “Covered”, a collection of cover versions including this one originally by The Toyes (often mistaken for Bob Marley), which has previously been covered by Norman Nardini as well as Sublime. Tisha Marina of The Hooping Life documentary and Hoopiversal, was recently invited over to Macy’s to give her a quick ten-minute hooping lesson. Then Macy shot her new music video where we find Macy, Tisha, Tori Babin and Jessica Webster giving it a spin. They live in Los Angeles, California, USA. [Parental guidance notice: marijuana]. Pre-order “Covered” on iTunes.
