Kathie Lee Gifford and Florence Henderson Hula Hooping on TODAY

On the Friday edition of the NBC morning television show TODAY, it was time for the regular “Try-Day Friday” feature and hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda decided to take on “the classic exercise that’s making a comeback as a fitness trend: Hula hooping”. Kyle Peterson from Troo Hoops joined them to spin it up and tell them about the benefits of hooping and even after the segment ended, Kathie Lee wouldn’t stop hooping. She spun her way into the “Bobbie’s Buzz” segment and kept right on hooping while Bobbie shared her best beauty sleep products. Who knew Kathie Lee was a hooper? And then the hoops returned later in the show. After Florence Henderson and Deborah Norville appeared to talk about the 60th anniversary of the TODAY show, the former staffers got in the mix and participated in a hoop-off of their own. Who won?
