Do the people nominate hoopers or is it always officials nominating?
If it’s the people, then how would one go about nominating someone? Or is nomination over until later on this year when it’s closer to the next awards?
Anyone can make a nomination for a Hoopie award. Those nominations then go to a review pane that decides on the final list of nominees. The Hoopies take place annually in January so watch for them.
