My story is so similar. In scientific career, chronic pain causing anxiety and stress keeping me from continuing that career. Turns out to be some back issues and fibromyalgia. Hearing you talk is inspiring. What size, wait, psi hoop are you usi g in these videos? I am looking for happy medium.
