i feel so blessed to have been apart of Canada’s first hoop retreat.

An amazing experience that I want to relive over and over again. For me the retreat was more than I could have hoped for. I came back rejuvenated: mind, body and soul… forever changed. The Ecology Retreat Centre was amazing: food, lodging and management! I truly feel apart of the hoop community after spending quality time with such quality people. It’s the people in the hoop that are the community… the hoop is the vessel that flows us together <3
