TwistinVixens.com made the front page of the Sunday St. Cloud Times this weekend. “It all started with a twist of the hip and a chance encounter, and it wasn’t long before the Twistin Vixens were hoop dancing their way into local festivals and the hearts of their admirers.” Colleen Hurley and Kayla Kuhlmann goal is to “spread awareness of hooping and hoop dance to St. Cloud and Central Minnesota, and build a community of hoopers who appreciate the bliss and physical benefits hooping has to offer.” The duo make a great team in and out of the hoop as well. “I met Kayla and she loved hooping as much as me, so we started practicing together and got addicted. I do more of the business side, I do marketing for a living, but Kayla is a really good people person and very extroverted.” Full story
