Lori Corbin Spins Up Hoopnotica

Lori CarbinLori Corbin, the Food and Fitness Coach of KABC-TV in Los Angeles, chatted with Gabriella Redding of Hoopnotica and some other hoopers. “It’s a non-impact aerobic workout so it’s great for people who have joint issues, people who are wanting to get pregnant, people who are pregnant,” Redding explains. “I hooped through two pregnancies. It exercises your core, it tones your whole body from head to toe, and it also burns a tremendous amount of calories.” Full article with news video: KABC-TV Los Angeles
