Children of the Blue Ray: Awaken 2013

Children of the Blue Ray: Awaken 2013 In the 1988 book “Notes From The Cosmos” by Gordon Michael Scallion, he wrote a chapter about the Blue-Ray Children, explaining that they were the souls from the ancient land of Lemuria, whereas the Indigo Children were predominantly Atlantean. Scallion emphasized that these children evolve very quickly and that they have a knowing of their mission on Earth. Whether you agree with Scallion or not, the “Children of the Blue Ray” music compilations on the Heart’s Eye Record label are pretty evolved in and of themselves. Volume 2 entitled “Awaken 2013″ is a journey through downtempo, breaks, tech house, chill out, trip hop, dubstep, ambient and otherwise meditative styles, fused together with a modern backdrop of at times danceable, yet always moving and grooving melodies and soundscapes. Given how varied this aural hoop dance journey can be, we couldn’t decide on a single track to share, so we chose two: 1) “Blaze It” by The Antiserum & Ripple, and 2) “Into the Unknown” by Cybervixen, a Hooping.org favorite artist. They’re both on the Hoop Sounds iPod this week so give them a listen, and you can download all of “Awaken 2013″ for yourself on iTunes.
